D/M is silkscreened -- constant on 4 x 7" plate. Tom Castelli observed 2D436 on 2009-09-13 with wheelchair symbol embossed to right of serial. Later a revision appeared with wheelchair symbol screened to left of stacked D/M prefix, embossed serial number D/M 0437.
