This veteran series was the first modern Québec graphic plate introduced in early 2006. The initial plates were prefixed PAA-PAQ on the plain base featuring only a centered red and black poppy, low 008 PAA Jean-François Lachance 2006-11-22. Graphics updated to current style at PAR in 2019.
