Flat base with blue standard disabled icon on the left and then a random six-character ABC123 serial since 2013.
After the DP00AA format was exhausted in early-2000s, numbering moved to the DP0AAA-ZZZ range followed by DP0AA1 in 2007. Numbering format changed to PD prefix starting at PD0001 after DP9ZZ9 reached in 2008.
Plates originally used county stickers until "DISABLED PERSON" caption was introduced at plain black/white base (no gray fade, no www, just GEORGIA.gov) in 2006 between DP1SAY and DP2SHK. Quickly reverted to county stickers in 2007 either during DP0AA0 series or late DP0AAA series.
