PRW 374APPORTIONED
Per Manny Jacob, this base was issued to Apportioned vehicles beginning in 2001 with the PRT series. In 2002 the series advanced to PRV and the word "APPORTIONED" was added following Newfoundland and Labrador's 2001 entry into the Canada/US International Registration Plan (IRP). Both plans involve sharing of heavy truck and bus registration fees with other provinces and US states based on actual distances travelled. This base continued through 2006 and the PRW series.
