Newfoundland & Labrador Apportioned

Per Manny Jacob, this type was created in 1982 when Newfoundland implemented their part of the Canadian Agreement on Vehicle Registration (CAVR). This base was issued to Apportioned vehicles from 1982 through 1996 with PRP and PRR prefixes. Later plates were manufactured by Waldale.
