This all-flat IRP plate has been documented as early as 2017 with stacked PRP and PWR caption along left side, 4 or 5-digits and P suffix. Renewal year stickers were used on these plates until 2020, subsequent renewals and new issues appear with black on white "NO STICKER REQUIRED" top right.
