Starting in 1989, limited use plates are used on heavy snow vehicles, farm tractors, remote area cars and antique cars and motorcycles. Previously found just on farm tractors, they were reduced from original 6 x 12" to current 4 x 8" size around 1989-90, high large C189359, low small C192738.
