Beautiful Ohio plate available November 23

Oct 28, 2009 — Ohio drivers will soon be able to buy new "Beautiful Ohio" plates.

The new plates will to on sale November 23, 2009 at a cost of $7.50 over normal registration fees.

Plans to use this base as a general reissue were reconsidered in light of the economic downturn, with the BMV choosing instead to make the plates available as an option.
