Vermont does not normally use I, J, O, Q, U, V, Z on regular issue plates (with few exceptions).

Passenger FDY 308 Plate numbers are duplicated between different types. Therefore, the same number can exist on passenger and truck plates, although truck plates are issued at a much slower pace. Major types start at AAB 100 and continue at their own pace.
No EU- or EV- series have been seen, so they were apparently skipped and the series advanced from ETZ to EWA. Nothing above FAF was reported until FBD, so there may be another gap. FAK, FAR, and FAS have now been spotted, so it appears the gap is being filled in. Now we have seen a jump from FBH to FBS, and another from FBS to FCH. 		Skipper Horner
