Veteran 2177A Veteran plates are relatively new and, like the generic specialty plate and many non-passenger types, use a modified version of the 2006 passenger base, with Mt. Rushmore shrunk to the bottom of the plate rather than the background. Serial format: 1234A. Bradley Gallagher
